“Viscosi Wines Red Hill single block vineyard slow ripened handpicked Shiraz fruit has been matured for 18 months in 50% American and French oak, giving unique handcrafted flavours of blood plum, ripe cherry undertones and hints of spicy vanilla. This Shiraz has a moreish texture with smooth tannins and a soft lingering finish.”
