2022 Riverland Pinot Noir
Wine Description
Light red with some brick hues, a nose of french oak, rose water, lychee, and red fruits the palate has a light, yet round and filling fruit profile with a lingering finish.
The grapes were harvested, then crushed and destemmed. The juice was then fermented before being pressed to tank. After the maturation period the wine was bottled.
This wine will pair nicely with a lamb souvlaki, or even gamey, herb-infused lamb sausages.
Overall, the growing conditions for the vintage 2022 season were mild in the Riverland region.
